Our Services
Evaluation
A one-hour long initial speech/language evaluation is conducted in the comfort of your home. This includes a parent interview to gather information about your child’s communication and development, review of previous therapies and records, and evaluation activities with your child. An initial evaluation is intended to learn about your child and development a treatment plan. Following the evaluation, a written report, including goals developed for your child, will be provided.
Therapy
Individualized speech and language therapy is provided in your home. Sessions can be scheduled for 30 or 60 minutes. The frequency of therapy sessions is recommended based off of the initial evaluation. The format of therapy sessions is structured to your child’s interests, strengths and needs. Parent involvement is encouraged.
Teletherapy
Moving Mountains provides the option of teletherapy through a secure, online video-conferencing platform. We are licensed to conduct teletherapy for children within the state of Colorado. Contact us to determine if this may be an appropriate fit for your family.
